On November 8th, Ritsuo Shingo, Master of Lean Thinking, applied with great success in the Toyota production system, was a guest at our factories.
He verified the application of LEAN that has already been in operation for some time in our companies. Ritsuo Shingo held the LEAN and LEADERSHIP conference at the Hotel Valdarno where he compared the different experiences of applying the LEAN method at the management level in the various cultures of the world.
