The second internal contest for LEM Group collaborators has started – with a view to resuming work, and, in a situation in which reducing waste, planning resources and carrying out the balance of forces becomes essential. The internal contest ‘HEAD, HEART AND ARMS’ is aimed at rewarding the best ideas which will tell how everyone puts their head, heart and arms into their work to reduce errors to zero, and what the concrete actions are that everyone in the division, office, company can take to bring waste down to zero.
